I am working on this history of Usenet because I want my PhD and
because I think that perhaps there's a book here. If I make those
interviews public, I'm sharing that part of my work which is likely
to make it unique before I've had a chance to publish that work.

I'm happy to collaborate with folks, happy to archive what is (or
was) already public stuff, and happy to run this list, but I'm no
altruist. There are some things I feel justified in keeping for
myself. As I said before, if you want the whole story, you'll just
have to wait until the book comes out.
