The Special Supplement of the Amateur Computerist on Usenet News is
now available in electronic form. The issue is a collection of
articles about Usenet News, its history, significance, etc.

This is a beginning collection of articles, but maybe one of the
first
about Usenet :)

The file is about 130,000 bytes to have the issue in one piece -
but it reads much better in that form. It is also posted in
alt.amateur-comp and news.misc broken into 4 pieces, but that is
not the issue in one piece.

Would people on the list like to let me know if you would like a
copy -- or would it be ok to post it to the list? I would like to
send it to the list, but don't know if it is fair to stuff people's
mailboxes with such a large file.

I will appreciate any thoughts about this. It would be good to have
it as a part of the list and to hear discussion of the issue
in this list.
