Tickets for Riley Lee's August 20th concert (and Kurahashi Yoshio's August
27th concert) can be reserved by calling the Clarion Music Center. Tickets
are $10 and can be purchased by mailing a check or by credit card. The
venue holds only about 60-70 people, so I strongly recommend making
reservations as soon as possible.

Clarion Music Center is located in Chinatown on Sacramento St, between
Grant and Stockton. It's a short 15 min walk from the Montgomery BART
station: you can walk up Montgomery St. for 5 blocks, turn left and walk 3

Street Garage.

From the 80 Freeway, exit at University Ave. Go East until it dead-ends
into Oxford Street at the UC campus. Turn left (North) on Oxford and
continue about five blocks to Rose St. Turn right (East) on Rose, go one
block to Spruce and turn left (North). [You pass right by Robert Kehlmann's
house.] Continue on Spruce up the hill. Go past Eunice St. and Los Angeles
St. (which have stop signs). On the next block, the house is directly
across from the T-intersection of Keith and Spruce, before coming to San
Benito St.
To come up the hill via Marin Ave. from the Albany area, go past the
Arlington Circle (aka the Marin Circle) and take either Marin up to Spruce
and turn right, or Los Angeles up the hill to Spruce and turn left.
Nik's is a brown shingled house on the downhill (West) side of the street,
set behind some trees and a fence.

Karl's house is at the corner of 31st Ave. and California St., in the
Richmond district, north of Golden Gate Park, near Lincoln Park. From the
East Bay, take the Fell St. exit and continue up Fell, stay in the right
lane, turn right on Stanyan, go left on Fulton. Continue on Fulton, along
the North side of the park, and turn right before 31st and go six blocks to
California. From the South, take 19th (Hwy 1) North and switch to 25th Ave,
as passing through GG park. Turn left at California.
The #1 bus goes down California and passes right in front of Karl's house.
The #1 starts at the Embarcadero BART station.
