The question is what moisture content you want in your flute. Kiln dried
lumber suitable for furniture is about 7% moisture content (MC). To
maintain this MC the humidity needs to be between 35% and 40% .

At the bottom of the page http://www.navaching.com/shaku/crack.html is a
graph correlating MC and humidity. The graph will give you the MC for any
humidity you maintain in your humidor.
