I just spoke with my brother-in-law who is an occupational health nurse with
Chase Bank here in Phoenix... he recommends mugwort as well... chewing a few
leaves as a prophylactic... bathing in a bath of it if you are experiencing
rashes... he is very sensitive to the poison as well and doesn't like to use
the cortisone treatments... he gets 2" blisters/boils and they subside quite
quickly after exposure to the mugwort, which is found in eastern forests
