And Jin Nyosei (sp?)? I understand that he is also a shakuhachi
player and calligrapher. (According to Masa Yoshizawa, Nyosei wrote
out the version of Koku found in the Jin Nyodo notation set.)
BTW: I claim *no* authority with respect to understanding lineages,
so I am enjoying the discussion of my intentionally provacative
