Just a short note to share with you some new problems we are now
encountering with spams. Now, some places are blocking e-mails even
though they are not spam. For example, for the past few weeks, I have
been trying to contact someone in a university in England and another
one at University of Michigan. All my e-mails are returned to me with
the message that it could not be delivered. I discovered that these 2
universities are blocking e-mails coming from my provider here in
Montreal.=20

I have also been trying to reach Philip Gelb and it appears that the
server that hosts his domain name is refusing to receive and deliver the
e-mails coming from my provider. Philip, if you read this e-mail, can
you try to write me back (giving me your phone number at the same time).

In fact, this e-mail is addressed to Philip, but I thought that it might
be interesting for everyone to know this problem that might show up in
your "neighborhood" sooner than later.
