The alert about "jdbgmgr.exe" is a well-known hoax. Please see
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/jdbgmgr.exe.file.hoax.html.
This file comes from the standard Windows installation. It will be
found on the C: drive of every Windows workstation. There is no reason
to delete the file.

jdbgmgr is a debugger for Java code, which most users will never need.
So it's probably not important if you've already deleted the file.
What's important is not to perpetuate the hoax.
