Murai Eigorou will be visiting the Bay Area for a few days on his way
to the Shakuhachi Festival in NYC. Murai-san is well-know for his
jinashi style flutes and specializes in very long and wide bore flutes.
He has been making shakuhachi for over 40 years
and has made many flutes for Okuda Atsuya.
In the workshop, he will go through the entire process of making a
flute. He will also be bringing some shakuhachi that can be purchased
and orders can be placed for future delivery.
