Hi Peter,

So I guess my domain name, shakjock.com is out of the question?

Ouch,

Wow, interesting comments. I was just trying to illustrate how I sell value
- in this case to my wife. Just tying to have a bit of fun. Sorry if I am
dummying down the field.

Actually my use of the term "shak" is a term of endearment, like my jazz
friend who calls his saxophone, his axe, or my best friend who calls his
accordion, my "squeezebox." I tend to do that with some things I spend a lot
of time with and which mean much to me.

In my circle of friends, "shakuhachi" is a bit pretentious. I thought it
safe to say "shak" here. I also call it my 1.8 on occasion, but maybe now I
should look around the room first. Is it OK to call my pvc instrument a
shak? How about my Yuu?

One thing I have noticed about this list in the past is how hypercritical we
can be toward each other. Anyone want to try to go after that norm? Maybe
its just me but, the way we treat each other has prevented me from posting
in the past. One time I had a t-shirt that said "...nobody likes me because
I am paranoid." Anyone else ever feel that way?

Hey where is the humor on this list? Maybe we are all breathing our own air
too long. But thanks for the feedback.
