Clipping the message that inspired the reply may be great for those who
read their list in digest format but it makes it hard to follow a thread
if you read your messages as they come in. Imagine reading this message
without the above quote. It would sometimes be hard to determine just
which message I was referring to. Perhaps we could all compromise by
only including the posts that we are immediately responding to?
