Actually, Pete Seeger didn't write the tune or the lyrics for "Blowin =20=
in the Wind." Dylan wrote the lyrics, and the tune came from an old =20
spiritual entitled "No More Auction Block." Most folk songs take =20
their tunes from older folk songs. It's a folk music convention. For =20
