Dear shakuhachi list,
Bamboo-In has just produced a live CD of Atsuya Okuda's recent live
performance in Vancouver, BC, Canada. This 2 CD set was recorded live
on September 30, 2005 at the St. James Community Hall, Vancouver,
British Columbia. This selection of pieces are solo Zen pieces (koten
honkyoku) played on pure jinashi shakuhachi of various lengths which
Okuda personally harvested and crafted himself.
Proceeds from the sales of this recording will go directly to disaster
relief around the world.
