Titles in the Fukuda Rando Collection

This is what can be transmitted from several years of work with Masa Yoshizawa on pieces by Fukuda Rando. From time to time I would take one of the pieces from the Rando notation set up to my lesson with Masa. We would start out with the piece as a way of warming up. I would get him to translate the kana and kanji on the page, and we would play through the piece.

Thinking I had decades of lessons to take with Masa, I never hurried through the project, so some pieces never got done. Many of these were spread over more than one lesson. All of them needed to be.

Where there are links behind the titles, they take you to my notes from those lessons.

I created these files from my lesson tapes, so where there are mistakes below and in my notes, said mistakes should be laid at my door.

This site is not a monument to Masa, so if anyone has anything to add to these pages, please send it to me sugagaki@gmail.com

Masa said it was his favorite show as a child.
