Hi all!
Although I am not from the bay area I am happy to be on this list.
My name is Stephan and I live in Switzerland. Coming to japanese music some
years ago and practicing zen now for a couple of years I am more and more
interested in the shakuhachi.
I bought myself one maple flute in a nearby worldmusic store and try to
blow. And try and try.
The threads in the mail archive sounded interesting so I am looking forward
what comes next.
