Oct.14- will be the second Beginnerıs Level Honkyoku Intensive of the year
held in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.. Ronnie Nyogetsu Seldin will be the
instructor.. While these bi-annual Honkyoku Instruction sessions were
developed for the Philadelphia Shakuhachi students, they are open to all

Oct.28..will be the final one day, beginner's Honkyoku Intensive's of the
year at Ki-Sui-An Shakuhachi Dojo.. This is the Fall Intensive.. The
instructor will be Ronnie Nyogetsu Seldin.. These intensives are given twice
a season- 4 times a year, and always begin at 10:30 AM.. Their length is

Nov. 25- From 6:00PM-8:00PM. On this date, the renowned Shakuhachi master
from Australia- Riley Lee, will be giving a Master Class at Ki-Sui-An
Shakuhachi Dojo.. Mr. Lee is a Master practitioner of both Chikuho Style
Honkyoku, as well as the Dokyoku repertoire , as taught by Yokoyama

Dec. 1...is the date for the 23rd annual Student Recital of Ki-Sui-An
Shakuhachi Dojo..It will be held at Lefrak Concert Hall at Queens College,
and the guest artists will be Henry Horaku Burnett, sangen; and Mutsumi
