Question on an old Shakuhachi Flute

Dear Shakuhachi Experts,

I'm in the process of considering buying an old Japanese Shakuhachi =
flute from an obscure antique dealer. It's red lacquered inside and =
22.25" long and inscribed (by Owner or Maker? -- you can blow up on =
screen to read it). I've attached a couple photo of clips of it.

Any ideas on it's value or origins ... based on inscription or style =
(any friends read Japanese)?
