Regarding Peter Phippens comments below,
It seems that there is ample material coming from this list to feed
several lists...a beginners list, a historical list, a construction
list, a regional upcoming events list (frankly workshops on the West
coast aren't much interest to people living thousands of miles away),
and a list devoted to musical questions about notation or specific
pieces (off the top of my head)...those who are really keen could
subscribe and contribute to all of them, others could make their
selections.
I have neither the time nor the know how to help, but some of you
web-wizards out there could perhaps help administrate these lists and
take some of the pressure off B.J.
I appreciate that the proposed FAQ site would alleviate this problem,
and thanks to those who have offered to help.
Just a suggestion... apologies if this e-mail is simply adding to the
pressure on all of your in-boxes. My delete button is wearing thin too
(no disrespect intended)!
