Heck, just breathing, walking and sitting (zazen) are the most meaningful
parts of my life...
a whole new perspective... ;*) all the rest is support structure...
It's a funny religion... just sitting on a cushion and breathing every day
or in its more advanced form blowing into the bamboo tube... ;*)
and then there's the fun part, reading and reflecting on ancient Chinese
jokes (my idea of koans)
this is a very peculiar religion... ;*)
