I have a 3.0 by Perry Yung that plays as easy as my 1.6! Not windy and good volume, tho it is a bit big around. It is a jinashi with painted bore and has an acrylic inlay, but the volume and timbre are excellent. Perry is a JOY to deal with, too.

I have found that "windy" sometimes is cancelled by emboucher technique.
