Dear Tim,
I am not a Zen specialist, but my understanding of it is that this=20
"doing by non doing" does not refer to the end result but to the focus=20=
itself through which the result takes place. The doing is about the=20
focus and not the result. This is quite the opposite of what we=20
westerners are used to. We are more inclined to look at the end result=20=
(sometimes an din some circumstances without much consideration of how=20=
we get in there).
