i am from the south of france, i practice zazen and i am interested in
playing shakuhachi.
I made a PVC 1.8 shakuhachi following the great web site of Nelson zink.
My problem is like others here (i read the emails), the production of
the second octave :-D
I don't have a wonderfull aspect ratio , 25, but i tried with a larger
one (30, by making an other flute), but it is not really better, so i
think that i don't have the technique !!!!
I get the first octave very easily, so perhaps can u give me some
details about the position of the mouth or tong or anything else that
could help me. What is the difference to produce the second octave ?
