Hi Stav, is there any way to get just the cd and sheet music without the whole instruction book? I have an excellent teacher, but I would like to hear those folk song. Thanks , Ron

Concerning folk song collections:

Part of Masayuki Koga's instructional book: Shakuhachi - Japanese Bamboo
Flute includes notation for 32 folk songs which he also plays on the
accompanying CD. (as with nearly everything else you can get it from
www.shakuhachi.com)

If you find in your search a more extensive collection with a CD please let
me know as this is something I would love to have as well.

thanks
Stav
