I'm in the same boat. My right elbow will hurt even after holding a cup of =
coffee for a little while. And yes, it will also bother me after some =
flute time. I'm doing some research on the benefits of glucosamine.
What's also nice is a cold press on the area. Apparently, cold is a better =
reliever of this type of tendon and ligament stress than heat is.
