[Shaku] Help with a "rare"(?) shakuhachi LP

I found an LP in Masa Yoshizawa's collection of vinyl that has
"Not For Sale" on the center of the disk (where they write what's
on the LP).

Would love to know who the player is, and what the LP title is.
