Henry Cowell's shakuhachi solo piece

Hello

Does anyone have a copy of Henry Cowell's solo shakuhachi piece? I am
looking for it but it does not seem to be available in print.
I think it is called, "The Universal Flute".
Is this the first shakuhachi piece composed by an American? Or
perhaps even the first non-Japanese person?
