Rhus Tox is used most commonly. Rhus Diversiloba (Calif. Poison Oak) is also
a homeopathic Rx - with slightly different symptomatology than Rhus Tox.
Rhus Radicans is another Rx, but its actions are close enough to Rhus Tox to make
the more easily obtainable Rhus Tox the first choice. Same with Diversiloba.
The action of Toxicodendron's usually specific, yet broad, enough to deal
with most cases of Rhus poisoning, no matter which plant was the specific cause.

Rhus Tox can also be effective against general Rhus reactions
prophylactically. A 6c or 6x taken daily for a week, then every 3 days for a week, then once
a week during the season provides generally good prophylaxis. When seeking
to use it prophylactically, an eye needs to be kept on your reaction to the Rx.
Some people ar emor sensitive to the Rx action, and need less of it, spaced
further apart.

Some prophylaxis before playing a new urushi'd shak (and during the time when
the lacquer's still volatile) would probably prevent problems of skin
reaction.

Hope this is the info you wanted.
