   The air flow is from the diaphragm on up; everything contracts at once.
Sometimes we "breathe the notes" and don't blow them, esp. for meri notes.
If you "blow" a meri note it will hiss and go sharp. Instead of pushing,
try to feel like you're drawing the air up through the top of your head.
Tight lips aren't good for much except maybe birthday candles. Tightness
stops the air flow.
