I've noticed that I've developed ringing in my ears. I've decided to try
using Hi Fi ear plugs while practicing. (I practice most of the time is a
7X10 foot room and the windows are closed for the winter.)
The plugs reduce the sound volume but allow you to hear the full range of
sound.
Has anyone had a similar problem? I've seen some articles on the net dealing
with musicians and hearing loss. According to the articles classical
musicians are more likely to develop problems because of the orchestral
arrangements during concerts as well as the range of the instrument(e.g. a
piccolo). I wonder if my 1.6 is the culprit?
