I would like to hear how other players/teachers would describe (teach) how
to do Muraiki and flutter-tongue (tongue and especially from back of throat
or uvula).

Putting it in simple terms.
for fluttertongue, i recomend the student to first focus on what is
happening when they gargle. Then try to transfer the same idea to
playing one note.
For muraiki, blow strong, open the embouchere.
