[Shaku] New address for WSF Young Player Competition

Kakizakai san has just informed me that the email address that he had
created for the WSF08 S-1 Grand Prix Young Performers Competition
would not accept large files. He's changed the email address to one
that will accept relatively large mp3 files.

Please note the new address. It's the one to send your mp3 recording.
