[Shaku] Any shinobue experts out there?

I recently came by some shinobue that I need to sell for a friend.
I don't know much about shinobue, beyond what I got from the FAQ on
the Mejiro website.

Is anyone familiar with shinobue and with makers? I could use some
help fixing prices on the flutes.
